Shield One LLC

An MSP Group — consolidating managed-service providers into a single operating company. Founded in 2025 and built hands-on: the corporate structure, the capital strategy, and the consolidation thesis.

The thesis

The managed-services market is enormous and deeply fragmented — thousands of sub-scale shops, each carrying its own back office, its own tooling, and its own margin ceiling. The opportunity was never one more product. It is consolidation done right: one operating company, standardized delivery, shared overhead, and the scale to serve customers better than any single shop can alone.

01 — What It Is

One operating company, assembled from many.

Shield One is a group built to consolidate managed-service providers — bringing independent shops under a single operating company, standardizing how service is delivered, consolidating the back office, and lifting margins through scale rather than cost-cutting.

The work is corporate and operational in equal measure: the entity and capital structure that make the group financeable, and the integration discipline that turns several small operations into one that runs cleanly and serves customers better than any of them did apart.

02 — Why Me

I have integrated MSPs before.

This is not a first attempt at the hard part. At Sunset Technologies I unified the operations of three merged healthcare MSPs serving 250+ clients — 8% EBITDA growth and 12% revenue growth in nine months, customer satisfaction from 6.5 to 9.2, employee job satisfaction from 6.2 to 9.3, and turnover from 22% to under 10%. The integration playbook Shield One runs by design is one I have already run under fire.

And I build the group the way I build everything — end to end. The corporate structure, the capital strategy, and the consolidation thesis are mine, hands-on.

03 — Status
