  • Forge, Inc. Founded 2002, operated through 2014. Built into a custom software studio serving 200+ small and mid-sized business clients. SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, and automation platforms. Full P&L responsibility, capital formation, and product delivery.

  • Sunset Technologies Executed the integration of three merged MSPs into a single operating company. Delivered $3.2M in annual cost savings and 8% EBITDA uplift within nine months.

  • Bright MLS Delivered a new platform with 90% feature equity in six months, enabling post-merger expansion into five new markets and competitive positioning against Redfin, Zillow, and Realtor.com. Led the data lake design combining five MLS datasets and the initial AI predictive analytics build.

I govern the companies I have founded end to end — strategy, capital structure, and investor reporting — and I read board materials the way an LP would, not the way a manager would. I am pursuing select outside board-director roles, where an operator who has carried the P&L and structured the capital is more useful than another investor or another generalist independent.
