Services

AI enablement, shaped to your company.

Improve how the company runs, how it serves customers, or both. Get senior help inside your team, independent advice for your board and executives, or training and coaching for your people. Every engagement is judged by what it changes in the numbers.

  • Fixed fee for projects

Agreed in writing before we start. No hourly meter on the agreed scope.

  • One person, start to finish

The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work.

  • Your data and IP stay yours

What is built for you belongs to you. Pre-existing tools are licensed to you under the agreement.

  • Built to run on its own

Documented, handed off, and owned by your team.

Three ways to work together

Inside your team, beside your board, or in front of your people.

Each is customized to your company, your goals, and the people involved. Any of them can focus inside the company, on quality, speed, cost, and employee effectiveness, or outside it, on products, customer experience, loyalty, revenue, and market position.

Embedded enablement

Senior help inside your team, toward results agreed up front.

The same senior leader you meet in the first conversation works inside your team to collaborate, lead, and guide the work toward results agreed up front. Then comes a handoff, with training, coaching, and mentorship shaped to your people. When you need a leader, this can be a fractional executive seat.

  • Hands-on delivery alongside your staff
  • Fractional chief AI, product, operating, or executive officer when needed
  • Handoff with coaching and mentorship

Investigative Advisory

Advice that starts with knowing your company deeply.

For boards and executive teams. Your business, data, systems, people, and market are studied first, then you get advice on AI strategy and the approach that fits: an independent view from someone who has built AI and run companies.

  • Board and executive-team advisory
  • Deep review before any recommendation
  • Strategy, priorities, and approach

Training & coaching

A team that knows how to use AI well.

Consultative training designed around your goals, your tools, and the people in the room, from executives setting AI policy to the teams using it every day.

  • Customized to your needs and your people
  • Executives, managers, and front-line teams
  • Coaching that continues after the sessions

Evaluation, human review, approvals, and policy built around every AI system, so you can see how it performs and explain it to a board or auditor.

03

Private AI on your own hardware

04

Training and capability building

Customized training and coaching so your people can run, extend, and govern what gets built.

Embedded as an executive

A seat on your leadership team, part time.

For companies that need an executive before they can justify, or find, a full-time one. The executive you meet is the one who takes the seat, reports to the CEO or the board, owns the outcome, and plans the handoff from the first week.

1–2 days a week · 6–12 months

The company is between leaders, in a founder transition, or needs a reset.
You'll know it worked when
The team is steady, the plan is reset, and a permanent CEO takes over cleanly.

The standard

What every engagement is built to deliver.

Buyers are tired of strategy decks and stalled pilots. These seven commitments are how every engagement avoids both.

  1. 01

    Tied to the P&L

Every use case gets a dollar target and an owner before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Honest about data

Know whether the data exists, is clean, and is usable before money goes into models.

  3. 03

    Vendor-neutral

Off-the-shelf, fine-tuned, retrieval, or custom agents, chosen on total cost, not on who pays referral fees.

  4. 04

    Built for production

Evaluation, monitoring, rollback, and human review from day one, not a demo that stalls.

  5. 05

    Governed

Controls aligned to recognized frameworks such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001.

  6. 06

    Adopted

Roles, workflows, and training change so people actually use what gets built.

  7. 07

    Yours to keep

A value scorecard, a playbook, and a team that owns the result after the engagement ends.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Can you help us run AI on our own hardware and data?

Yes. You get help defining and designing an internal AI model that runs on your own hardware, and build agents on your own data sets. This fits companies whose data can't leave the building, or that want to control the cost of running AI.

Do you offer training on its own?

Yes. Training is consultative: it starts with what you need and who will be in the room, then sessions and coaching are designed for them, from executives to the teams using AI every day.

What does Investigative Advisory involve?

It starts with getting to know your company in depth, including its data, systems, people, and market. Only then does your board or executive team get advice on AI strategy and approach. The recommendations come from what the review finds, not a template.

Why fractional instead of a full-time hire?

You get senior experience for the share of the week the work actually needs, and you can start in weeks instead of waiting out a long search. It also gives you time to learn what the permanent role should be. The handoff to that hire is planned from the first week.

Which industries do you work in?

The experience behind this work spans identity verification and fraud, enterprise security and the public sector, healthcare IT, real estate data, automotive, and renewable energy. The method doesn't depend on the industry. It depends on having a business problem with a number attached.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Work is based in Midway, Utah, and runs across US time zones, with travel for the moments that matter: kickoffs, leadership offsites, and board meetings.

How many clients do you take on at once?

Only a few. A fractional seat needs real attention, so the client load stays small enough that every client gets senior time, not a junior team.

Do you resell software or take referral fees?

No. Recommendations are based on what fits your business, and any vendor relationship is disclosed.

What does it cost?

Projects are fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts: the Strategy Session is $1,000, the AI Value Diagnostic starts at $7,500, and an AI Pilot Sprint starts at $25,000. Fractional leadership starts at $10,000 a month for one day a week, with a 3-month minimum. AI governance work and investor engagements are quoted after a first conversation, and the Private AI Stack is quoted after the Diagnostic. Fees cover the work. Any other costs, such as hardware, software licenses, or travel, are agreed in writing for each engagement before they're incurred. Short work outside a defined scope is billed at $350 an hour.

Can we start small?

Yes. The AI Value Diagnostic is the recommended start. It stands on its own, and it shows whether a bigger engagement makes sense.
